I took this picture around Oregon State Capitol here in Salem. I love the color of the trees around. It just took a week or two maybe for the flowers and I noticed yesterday when we passed by that they were all green now. flowers are gone, too bad......

Queen of Peace Catholic Church Salem

Queen of Peace Catholic Church is where I go for church since I got here in Salem, OR. Its just 15 minutes walk away from our house. I met Father Tim who is the Parish Priest. I usually go on Sunday Mass or sometimes Saturdays if it happen that I can't make it on the next day. So far I met 2 Filipinas here lately which I am thankful for hehe. Most of the members are white of course and some Mexicans. I noticed that youths here are active which is a good sign that the church are doing good.

When we're going to Mt. Hood we stopped by at Oregon City and took this pic. I love it!.....I'm a an avid fan of nature ......gives me fulfillment in some way.........

Mt. Hood Visit

We went to Mt. Hood today, and wow!!! the view is fantastic!!!...Now I know why lots of people go there despite of the weather changes.

Soon as we passed by Sandy, a small town before Mt Hood, the road was covered with snow..


It's my first time ever to touch and see snow haha. My husband can't stop smiling cause of my cute reactions lol.........I saw their skiing place and oh my gosh, it was so steep!!!
It took us 3 hours to reached there cause we keep stopping by to see some places if not hubby said 2 hours average......
Now I can see the view of the mountain! It's super white, probably cause its sunny though.



Soon as we reached the place, I took lots of pictures. This is what it looks like from the parking lot.

I Love Nature

On our way to in laws house, I took some pic of cherry trees I guess, I'm not sure. I love taking pictures and I'm still learning how to get a good one.Tips and and help out there are welcome....
