I made this post because there are still some who are in their way of processing their visa. I my self have undergone this process and I wanna share what I did. I made a post of the documents to bring to the interview at Visa Journey and I hope I can help some people out there. If there are questions you can feel free to leave comments.
FOLDER 1 PRIMARY FOLDER
1. Appointment Letter
2. DS 157 - 2 sets one of which is validated by the bank at the back of the form, filled up by hand
3. DS 156 - 2 sets with same bar code,downloaded online with visa photo glued
4. DS 156K - 1 copy
5. Original Birth Certificate from NSO- of me and my son
6. Baptismal Certificate - of me and my son
7. NBI Clearance
8. CENOMAR
9. Original copy of NOA2 and NVC Letter
10. Letter of Intent
11. Annulment Papers
- Annotated Marriage Certificate from NSO
- Decree
- Certificate of Finality
- Copy of the Endorsement Letter to LCR
* never been to other country so I don't have my Police Certificate*
12. Affidavit of Discrepancy on my Place of Birth on my Annotated Marriage Certificate if in case the Consul notice it

1. Money Remittances - copy from the bank
2. Phone Bills
3. Yahoo Voice Call History
4. Screen Shots
FOLDER 5 - Pictures from first to 3rd trip
FOLDER 6 - Snail Mails(letters and cards) from him and from me
FOLDER 7 - Emails from Him
FOLDER 8 - Emails from me
FOLDER 9 - Chat logs - 1 copy each month since January 2006

i am having troubles with my packet coz until now i dont got it due to a missing address that they sent it... i'm really frustrated with this.. i dont want to move my schedules since i am working ...

hi Nova, if you don't have the packet its fine, you can call SLEC and pick up the packet with them when you have ur medical :)
you are definitely more organize than me with it comes to all these papers, you have everything labeled on separate folders, done so neatly and nicely
